Fundamental Skills Programs
The Fundamental Skills Programs include a number of different programs designed to teach brand-new agents, buyers’ agents, and administrative assistants the basic real estate skills to function independently without ongoing support from a manager or team leader.
The Fundamental Skills Programs provide a critical foundation for a new agent to move forward to develop their selling skills; an agent who fails to master these topics invariably results in;
- Breaching regulatory requirements, resulting in significant fines or loss of license
- Violating legal requirements, resulting in lawsuits, legal liability for the agent and brokerage
- Failing to succeed as a result of a lack of confidence
- Providing inferior customer service as a result of lack of skills
- Losing potential repeat and referral business
These programs assume the agent has no prior experience but has successfully completed the real estate licensing courses.
