Commercial Real Estate Skills Training

The Commercial Real Estate Specialty focus on teaching aspiring Commercial agents or basic skills to exceed in certain segments of commercial real estate.

Commercial real estate agents, unlike residential real estate agents, are focused on specific commercial market segments organized by geographical areas and product size.

The Commercial Real Estate Specialty programs are for agents who have mastered the basics and are earning a consistent six-figure income; new agents or agents who are have limited success (less of $100,00 GCI per year) are not permitted in this program.
