The Management development programs focus on teaching aspiring managing brokers skills, tools to run a successful real estate office.
These programs continue to focus on developing Broker of Records, the Team Leaders’ repeat and referral business while leveraging team members to generate a seven-figure income.
The Management Development Program are for agents who have mastered all the basics who wants to go to new direction; new agents or agents who have limited success (< $100,00 of GCI per year) are not permitted in this program.
Entrance into the Management Development Program is by invitation basis only.
